Re-enrollment / Parent Data Confirmation

Hello Preuss Families,

For every returning student, parents/guardians must complete the Aeries Parent Data Confirmation (Re-enrollment Packet). It is very important that this process is fully completed in order for your student to begin on the first day of school and to receive their class schedule.

IMPORTANT: The Aeries Parent Portal will be open from July 21, 2026 until August 5, 2026 for parents/guardians to complete the Parent Data Confirmation. You must complete the Parent Data Confirmation within that timeframe.

How to Complete Aeries Parent Data Confirmation by Preuss Front-Desk

Accepted Documents for Proof of Residency

Accepted Document Types for Uploading a Proof of Residency

You must upload a Proof of Residency document for every academic year. Please see below for the accepted types of documents.

  • Utility Bill (SDG&E, Cox, Time Warner, or Water Bill)
  • Telephone Bill (NOT a cell phone bill, cell phone bills will not be accepted)
  • Correspondence from Department of Social Services
  • Mortgage or Rental agreement and current rent receipt 

*Please note: The document you choose to provide must include the name of Parent/Guardian 1 or 2 and the correct address in which the student is residing.

If your main problem is logging in, please try resetting your password. Please DO NOT create a new account using a new email as this new email is not currently linked to your student's account.

Student Picture Day

Picture Day for students will be taking place during school on August 27, 28, and 31.
