Computers 2 SD Kids Event

If you do not have access to a computer in your home you can apply to purchase a low cost refurbished computer from Computers 2 SD Kids.

What is Computers 2 SD Kids?

Computers 2 SD Kids is a non-profit organization created with the goal of assisting qualified children and their families to obtain computers, software, training and support in order to help them become computer literate as well as increase their access to educational, occupational and financial resources and the related skills to effectively use that technology. How to apply:

1. Please pick up an application at the front office with Ms. Sandra Gutierrez, Volunteer Coordinator.
2. Complete the Computers 2 SD Kids’ application.
3. Turn in the application at the front office to Ms. Gutierrez. The application due date is December 1, 2013.

When will the computers be distributed?

Distribution will take place at The Preuss School Amphitheater on December 14 beginning at 11a.m. right after our PTA general meeting.

Can I pay with check or credit card?

Payments must be done in cash only, please no checks or credit cards.

Is there technical support available if I have trouble with my computer?

• You receive one year of free tech support.
• After the first year, Computers 2 SD Kids will provide lifetime technical support at $20 per service call.
